Air conditioning injection system - utilises air vent with side injection of liquid droplets through pressure nozzle

The air ventilator opening (1) emits a slightly divergent air stream (3) into which is injected from a pressurised nozzle (2) a stream of liquid droplets (4). The angle, ALPHA, between the axis of the air vent and the pressure nozzle lies between 45 deg. and 70 deg. The method has applications to special moisture chambers, and relies on the speed of the droplets producing a partial pressure difference between the surface of each drop and that of the air stream. The system is claimed to be cheaper and more efficient than conventional sprinklers.
