Built in socket for precast concrete unit with one or more inlet spouts (1). There is a slot (3) in the spout for the protective bracket for a tube pushed through the spout. The plastic tube fits into the opening (2). The bracket (7) fits in the slot with the stepped end (8) bent inwards in the opening and will scrape against the tube remaining wedged against it when an attempt is made to pull it out. The bracket is made from a hard material with a certain amount of spring in it. A rectangular hole (6) is cut into the top surface of the spout and a strip (9) cut into the material of the bracket will wedge against the wall (10) of the hole, preventing it from being forced out of the slot.
