摘要
Enzyme-containing granules with a reduced tendency to formation of fine grits are made by agglomerating enzyme-contg. marumes or prills with a granule-forming material (I) with a particle size of 100-300 mu using an agglomerating agent (II). Products are less prone to the formation of fines, which causes loss of enzyme, and are esp. useful for incorporation into washing powders. (I) may be e.g. alkali metal phosphates, such as pentasodiumtripolyphosphate, Na orthophosphate, Na sulphate, alkali metal borates, alkali metal silicates, gelled starch and starch derivs. (II) is pref. a liquid non-ionic surface active agent. The granules are made e.g. by mixing the enzyme preparation and the (I) in a suitable mixer and spraying on the (II).
