The system to prepare and feed Unstretched thermoplastic yarns are prepd. and fed into a stretching and false twisting equipment, using a device which incorporates a section with adjustable tensioners and a heated stretching stud with automatic disengagement of the yarn before it is drawn off into the draw texturising unit. The system gives an initial orientation and heating phase to the yarn matl. which reduces the risk of yarn breakage or melting during the draw texturising process, increasing throughput speeds and reducing lost time in yarn repair.
