Dyeing control - using ratio of dyebath exhaustion to rate of bath circulation as control function

Control of dyeing operation by controlling the physical and/or chemical factors defining the operation utilising the ratio dyebath exhaustion/speed of bath and/or substrate circulation, more esp. by maintaining the ratio constant, and pref. using the ratio to control the pigment factors by modifying the temperature and/or pH and/or direction of circulation of the bath. The rate of dye bath exhaustion can be held at the optimum value for the whole dyeing operation giving uniform dye uptake in the min. dye period.
