Rocking type exercisingnng device - has alternative foot positions for adults and children

A rocking type exercising device (1) with a curved underside and with foot positions on its upper face, and with a hand grip (2, 3) each end, has this upper face constructed with a step each end. Thus an adult places his feet on the higher part (FG & LK) of the step, while a child places his feet at the ends of the curved surface (HM & ND) between the two steps. The device is made as a fibre reinforced synthetic resin moulding with the fibres arrayed longitudinally. These fibres may be glass fibres.
