In one design the blister package has, on at least one side, a perforated cover plate with bend round edges which fit around two opposite sides of the package and can be moved along the package in a direction parallel to these sides. An intermediary, perforated plate can also be incorporated which permits access to only one cup at a time in each row. In an alternative design the package is circular and the perforated cover plate is a circular disc which rotates about the central axis of the package.
