Nutrient-enriched soil improvers - obtd by granulating e.g. sewage sludge with binder and fertilizer salts

Soil improvers based on waste materials are prepd. by adding H3PO4 and phosphates to the material being granulated with binders based on urea and metyl cellulose. Compositions are also prepd. by replacing H3PO4 with phosphates, sulphates and/or chlorides. Process may be applied to waste contng. a high proportion of water without preliminary dewatering; the product being enriched in plant nutrients.
