Binder for soils contg. org. matter - contg. aq. dispersion of (meth)acrylate, peroxide and pref. bitumen

Binder for sandy and stoney soils contg. org. components, and for their loose mixts., consists of an aq. dispersion of a (meth)acrylate contg. is not =50 wt. % added H2O2 and pref. 5-95 wt. % bitumen emulsion. Used for roads which are uneconomical to strengthen or reinforce. Consolidation and cement stabilisation are improved with simultaneous capillary-formation, improving drainage of water. H2O2 decomposes org. soil components. Water helps H2O2 to penetrate into soil and form capillaries.
