Pattern formation game for two or more players - requires skill suitable for children or adults

The game is played on a board which has rows of shallow depressions of geometrical shapes such as triangles, squares, hexagons, etc. Each such shape is surrounded by a number of smaller rectangles, squares or other geometric shapes. To begin the game counters of matching shape, called 'scoring counters' are placed in the depressions. Each player has a number of playing counters with which he tries to form a ring round the scoring counters, placing one counter at a time. When a player succeeds in forming a ring he wins the scoring counter and the winner is the one gaining most scoring counters.
