Ornamental domestic wine vessel - has wooden barrel accommodating corrosion resistant container with cleaning cover

The vessel is in the form of an ornamental external wooden barrel, inside which is an inner container or corrosion-resistant material not affecting the taste, with a removable sealing cover for cleaning. One end of the barrel can be constituted by the end face of the inner container. The cover can be in the end face of the latter, being at least partly transparent, e.g. of glass, and held in place by toggle-type catches, being vertical in the use position, while the barrel is transparent at a point close to the cover. The container can be of high-grade steel, a tap for the wine being fitted in it. A silicone-rubber seal can be provided between cover and container.
