High performance boiler for intensive evaporation of water - sprays water over heated surfaces for improving evaporation rate

The steam generator using sprayed water is used to ensure a more intensive evaporation rate due to the increased surface area of the water coming into contact with heated surfaces. Increasing the surface area of water improves the steam generating performance in a boiler with relatively small metallic contact area. The boilers using this principle can be used in very small steam engines for vehicles operating for example, with radial pistons. These engines generate very little noise. The hot water for domestic use is produced by pumping water into a helical coil which has outlet nozzles. Water is delivered into the coil by the pump at high pressure and the water is sprayed against the centrally heated shell of the boiler. The steam generated is used for producing hot water.
