Mine roadway arch load hanger - clamped round arch with bow or gusset plate and load bolts

Mine roadway arch support hanger system for load suspension, e.g. machines, platforms etc engages the arc at two spaced points by means of clamps and comprises a rigid bow or gusset plate. The load bolts are so arranged, in conjunction with or independent of the remaining components such as fixing points, baseplates, forepoled bearers etc that the suspended load exerts a rotative tipping moment on the clamps round the arch support. The bolts should be located within recesses or holes in the gussets or bow members and should be capable of connecting the frame to load by means of straps suitably holed or recessed to register with the holes in the bow or gusset plate.
