摘要

The broadband dipole consists of two individual radiators fixed electrically conductive to the front sides of a folded dipole. The front sides are symmetrical to the feed gap. The electrical length is less than half the working wavelength and that of the folded dipole together with the individual radiators about half the working wavelength. For balancing of the coaxial connection line a balancing conductor along one half of the folded dipole starts from the balancing point in the dipole conductor and is coupled at the feed gap to the other half. The balancing conductor may be line coupled with the other half of the dipole or it maybe arranged in a cavity inside the folded dipole.
