Flock adhesive labels - made by depositing adhesive and flock on nonstick surface

Flocked adhesive labels are made by (1) laying a desired stencil pattern on a non-stick surface and adhesive-coating the stencil openings (2) applying fibres to the adhesive areas (3) laying a tear-off flexible carrier film on the flocked areas and removing the lable sticking to the carrier from the non-stick surface. The labels are cheaper than existing products and the method permits wide variety of design.
