Hand-guided trolley for flame-cutting burner - using motor operated by dry batteries to drive the trolley

Hand trolley for a flame-cutting burner consists of a chassis in the shape of an inverted "U", mounted on two wheels, and provided with a curved slot for adjusting and clamping the burner; the chassis houses batteries for driving an electric motor which is connected to at least one of the wheels. The electric motor is pref. fitted with a speed regulator, and the driving gears are pref. mounted in the legs of the U-shaped frame, i.e. the legs have a hollow cross-section in which the gears are housed. The top section of the chassis is pref. fitted with a casing which is used to house the electric motor and the batteries. Used for flame cutting operations where the burner is moved by hand. The electric motor drives the trolley at a constant speed, which can be varied using the speed control, and the worker only guides the direction of the trolley, i.e. it is not pushed by hand; the result is a uniform, clean cut.
