A two-way valve for controlling the flow of aggressive fluids employs a tubular bellows to provide a positive sealing of the actuator chamber. Flow of liquid through the duct is controlled by a poppet mounted on the end of a spindle coupled to an actuating piston. The poppet is shrouded by a deformable bellows tube manufactured from an elastomer, or other similar material. The bellows is formed with a flange section that is sandwiched between the two body halves. A sleeve is located between the two body halves. A sleeve is located between the bellows and the spindle and has smooth grooves along its length, to facilitate deformation of the bellows. When pressure is applied to the piston, the poppet interrupts through flow by locating on a mating seat.
