The vessel for collecting the water is provided with feeding nozzles, and is separated from a filling tank by a movable partition and it is kept at low pressure by a draining-off pump; the filling tank is filled with pure water, and the draining pump consists of a hose pump intermittently operated; the pump is reversible; the collecting vessel, the filling tank and the movable partition between them consists of two cylinders joined in the middle, and of a cup-shaped diaphragm clamped between them; the collecting vessel is in the bottom cylinder, and the filling tank in the top cylinder.
