A load element is connected to a terminal in order to apply the supply voltage and there is a transverse transistor between two flip-flop nodes, at least one bit line being connected to a node of the flip-flop. At least one auxiliary transistor is provided between a source terminal of at least one switching transistor and the other terminal for applying the supply voltage. The source terminals of the switching transistors can be connected together electrically at one point and the auxiliary transistor can be positioned between this point and the other terminal.
