One end of the sealing member is located in a first chamber, to which the supply- and the outlet conduit are connected. The other end of the sealing member is located in a second chamber, divided from the first. The second chamber is in connection with the supply conduit via an adjustable throttle, contg. two throttle back pressure valves. Each valve allows the medium to pass in a different direction. The sealing member may be brought into sealing position by mechanically adjustable units.
