Physical exercise and training appliance - body harness suspended from double pulley bar

The pulley unit consists of two parallel horizontal U-section bars fitted with rotating pulley wheels and two pulley ropes. The ropes terminate in handle grips or foot stirrups. The lower bar carries two suspension ropes with a harness for lower, upper or both parts of the body. The whole assembly is fitted to a high cross beam so that the user's feet are clear off the ground. The separation of the two pulley bars is limited by a stop cord. The design enables relatively inexpert users to perform aerial exercises in safety.
