The extractor hood prevents heavy condensation and dirt formation on the ceiling, while maintaining hygienic and healthy conditions for personnel; The extractor hood with motor-driven ventilators is fixed directly above the cooking range. The ceiling (1) perforated for air intake is fitted above the whole gangway width, bounded by worktables (9), wall cupboards (8), refrigerators and other fittings. At the side the extractor hood (2) extends down to the cooker edge, the sides between hood and cooker (5) being pref. closed. The hood's height may be adjustable, and it is pref. mounted on roller (11) led-cables (1), with counterweights (12), and its air ducts (4) may be telescopically collapsible.
