Concrete wall or ceiling construction method - uses panels with flat and ribbed surfaces reinforced by metal bars

Two panels placed parallel to each other form a wall. Internal spacing ribs are perforated at equal heights, for the insertion of metal rods for reinforcement, parallel to the outer surfaces of the panels. Cross-pieces join the panels together. Concrete is poured into the central gap. In the case of a ground floor construction, posts fixed into the ground or wet concrete give rigidity, and have vertical holes, for caps. Bracing-struts are placed against each lower side of the wall. Support-rails are placed on top of the caps as foundations for the walls. Plastic sheets line the bottom of the foundations as insulation.
