Invisible fixing device for thermoplastic panels - uses wire mesh depending from stud and embedded in panel

A piece of nickel-steel mesh, with a 12mm square, has a downwardly facing depression formed in its centre. A nickel steel fixing scraw (or nut, stud etc.) is offered to the outside of the depression after welding/brazing lies above the general plaue of the mesh. The mesh is then bonded to the rear of the thermoplastic panel by heating the screw/mesh assembly and pressing this to the panel. The bulk of the screw ensures the slow coding of the band and a good bond.
