The device has gravitational diffuser in the semi-baffles with an interdependent spline (L) in its higher or a lower part and articulated by its base from a half-panel. The spline has a fixing unit at its loose end. A strip allows the fixing unit to be embedded through an adjacent half-panel, to maintain the two semi-baffles with a given relative angular position depending on the length of the spline.
