A vertical slot allows the passage, bearing and anchorage of ties (12) between opposed vertical shutter panels (10) contg. an in situ built concrete wall. The studs or vertical beams, between which sheeting or panels (10) extend horizontally, embody twin parallel members (3, 4) of rectangular cross section, a short distance apart and have regularly spaced web blocks. Horizontal cross wall ties (12) pass through the gap to anchor externally on the studs via nut and washer. Cantilever brackets are formed by slot housed horizontal (8) and inclined members (9), a detail also utilizable on existing walls.
