Rastered photogrammetry technique - involves projecting image of rastered object through second raster

The technique consists of projecting a first raster (5) onto the object (1) to be measured and transferring this first image onto a suitable first support (6). This first rastered image is projected through a second raster onto a second suitable support in such a manner as to obtain a final image. The apparatus comprises a first raster projector (2) and a device having a sensitive surface e.g. a still, cine or video camera. A second projector e.g. enlarger, cine projector, TV camera projects the rastered image through a second raster onto a receptive surface e.g. a photographic plate, cinema screen, cathodic screen, so that a final photogrammetric image is obtained on this receptive surface. The radiation used may be electromagnetic or ultrasonic.
