The transportable unit (1) may be a trailer which can be detached from the traction vehicle (6). The unit may be provided with a space containing a number of organs (13). The organs may be placed above a side wall of the trailer. A further organ (14) may be placed transversely at one end of the space. A television camera (15) may be arranged above one of the organs and coupled to a television screen (16). At one end of the space there may be a separate cloakroom area (10). The central portion of the floor (2) may be at a lower level than that at the two ends. Ventilation and/or air conditioning means may be provided.
