Polyester contains (I) an unsatd. polyester, perf. a propylene glycol/maleic acid condensate and (II) a polymer of a vinyl ester of an aliphatic satd. monocarboxylic acid, pref. polyvinyl acetate, having specific viscosity of 0.12-10, pref. 0.12-0.68, proportion of (II) being 1-85%, pref. 4-18%, based on wt. of (I).
