The air flow distributor is used for a clean conditions room and has distribution chamber which is separated from its environment by walls which act as filters. These filter wall plates are held in a frame with seals. The wall arrangement has a first seal (13) held within a frame. A second seal (8) is provided for ease of dismantling of the walls and this seal is fitted between the frame (7) and the air distribution chamber (3) and it is located outside the boundaries of the clean conditions room. This arrangement reduces the weight of the air distribution arrangement and ensures very high quality of the clean conditions room and simplifies the installation.
