The hand held brush with incorporated gum massager is connected via flexible conduit to a water tank at whose base is a plunger pump, drive motor, switch to control pulsating water pressure, a control spy glass and a motor switch. In the flexible glow and return conduits from the tank is a non-return valve. A dual position switch in the handle base controls rotary oscillating motion for the brush. Alternatively a reciprocating movement may be produced. A built in 3 way valve in the holder selectively controls water supply to a nozzle head via a reciprocating piston, and also supplies liquid to the brush part which may either reciprocate or have a rotary oscillating motion. Interchangeable gum massage appliance may be inserted at brush head connector.
