Circulating bucket elevator type potato planting machine - has twin vertical type elevator bucket chains

A seed potato planting machine with adjacent vertical circulating bucket type elevators in the form of bucket chains or pulley belts having buckets spaced at equal intervals fed from a common seed store container and planting the same seed bed row has a device for elimination of potatoes passing from one chain to the other at the highest turning point. This device is situated near the rising elevator section making a sharp angle to the peripheral bucket chain plane and extending outwards from the transport bucket. This device is composed of contra rotating driven elements (20, 23, 24) which move along the outward running track with a velocity greater than that of the bucket elevator (11).
