The reset pulse generator has the phase shift (0) that corresponds to the given time duration (s) (described in the main patent) determined with the help of a reference sequence. The phase (01), which is pre-shifted by an arbitrary amount (greater than 0) w.r.t. the given phase (00), is derived with the help of the reset sequence. Both these facts ensure that reset pulses are generated after the phase difference 01 - 0 (w.r.t. 01) has been passed through. This arrangement of phases and operations solves in another way the problem posed in the main patent.
