Compressor - type freezer cabinet - with pre-freezing and storage racks at different temperature levels

Freezer comprises a compressor refrigerating unit with regulating valve and evaporator system divided into two sections arranged in series, one connected to a pre-freezing rack and one connected to a storage rack. A switch which is controlled by evaporator temp. in the storage rack is bridged by a manually operated rapid-freeze switch. In front of the evaporator system and the regulating valve is a coolant receiving storage cell with an electrical heating element which is controlled by both the switch and the rapid-freeze switch and which is arranged parallel to the drive motor of the refrigerating unit.
