Swivelable and spring-loaded coupling levers are operated by key levers and when released come into the operating region of a rotating toothed shaft by which they are actuated. A swivelable locking rail is in the form of a control sleeve which encircles and is arranged coaxially in the toothed shaft. The sleeve has a longitudinally arranged control slit through which the coupling lever can engage with the shaft. The control sleeve can be coupled to the rotating shaft by a claw coupling and can be disconnected from it by a stopping unit. The sleeve can rotate and be displaced on the toothed shaft.
