A motor driven by nuclear power for land vehicles and amphibious vehicles of all types comprises a nuclear reactor and a steam turbine constituting a single drive unit; the two parts can be separately shutdown for repair and maintenance. Used for all kinds of motor-driven land vehicles and amphibious vehicles, including military fighting vehicles. The use of a nuclear reactor as the energy source is intended as an advantageous substitute for fossil fuel driven motors, in view of the great increase in the price of oil and other fossile fuels.
