Combined water and domestic water heating pump system - has heat storage buffer system for use when high tariff electricity only is available

A combination water and water-heating pump device with a domestic hot water supply heating system is constructed such that domestic hot water supply heating connects an auxiliary condenser system in parallel with the heat pump device. The heat pump device is combined with a buffer heat storage device to continuously supply the system with heating or cooling energy during compressor inactivity when high tarrif electricity only is available. When compressor is stationary, the circulating pump forcing return flow water into bottom of buffer tank, so that storage water can enter the discharge line.
