The sieving chain is for multi-row, especially two-row potato diggers, with two side drive belts and at least one central drive belt which is parallel to and runs between the side belts, where the parallel sieve rods are fixed to the drive belts so they cannot move in the direction of motion. The sieve rods are fixed to the middle drive belt each by a clamp which grips over the sieving rod. This clamp runs over the top side and parallel to both sides of the sieve rod and lies on the underside of the middle drive belt in recesses. These recesses are grooves which run parallel to the sieve rods transversely over the complete drive belt.
