The pulse transformer consists of a coil and a two-part hollow ferrite core. The core is held by a holder and a spring bracket with a ratchet locking device. The support plate has a central gap for one part of a screw connection consisting of a screw and a nut. The coil is impregnated under vacuum. The bracket's ratchet projections are connected to the terminal support. The winding terminals of the coil are insulated and fixed partly to the core. Damping material, such as foam, in the form of discs is applied to both ends of the coil.
