Removal of dust from leather, skins, after grinding - esp. applicable by small skin processers, economising energy and labour

Leather, hides and skins are cleared of dust by compressed air streaming through long slots in a device having one nozzle with its long slot movable so that the leather to be cleansed of dust, can be introduced between the two nozzles and pulled against the rounded off faces of the slots by the suction of a ventilator drawing air in through channels formed above and below the nozzles by cowls. Process is very economical of energy and manpower as compared with the blowers on mass production lines.
