The key (1) has an elongated slot (2) means of which it is mounted on a shaft (3) of the keyhousing (4). The key can be swivelled by finger pressure in a clockwise direction about the shaft so as to operate a control via a spring-loaded bolt (5). The key can be held in its depressed position by a locking stop (7) which forms part of a locking lever (8) and is secured to an edge (9) of the key housing. A strip-like spring (10) holds the key behind the locking stop. The key can be released by depressing it against the force of the spring whereby the spiral spring (6) around the bolt forces the key back to its original position. The key housing is made of flexible plastics.
