The valve is screwed with part of its housing into the threaded bore of a housing of a pneumatic or hydraulic appliance. The section contains the movable back pressure valve, pretensioned to a ring seat surface, which surrounds the passage channel through the threaded section. The end of the threaded section carries an external seal, sealing with a counter surface on the inner side of an extension of the threaded bore, when the threaded section is inserted. The counter surface is positioned on the ring shoulder of a lower bore, the section of which with a larger diameter forms the threaded bore. The ring seal has a sealing ring, accommodated in a ring-shaped groove.
