Device for elastically fixing a needle and drip feed attachment comprises a plastics sleeve which is inserted beneath the needle when this has already pierced the skin and is attached to the drip feed appts., placed around the arm and attached by adhesive means. Mounted on the sleeve are an attachment, several metal eyelets and an additional retaining spring. The attachment includes a small ball joint, which may be partially incorporated in the sleeve, a channel-like rail on top, extending in a direction adapted to the needle position and with retaining springs at both ends, and a coil spring beneath the front of the rail.
