The electricity meter has two driving systems on opposite sides of a common rotor disc, with at least one movable compensation metal sheet guiding stray flux from one of the driving systems to a certain point of the disc. A rocking lever of a magnetic material is provided between one of the two driving systems and the rotor shaft. It can be moved in a plane parallel to the rotor axis, so that a lever end facing the rotor axis moves away from the rotor disc when the lever is rotated from its middle position.
