摘要
A manually operable sensor accessibly by the investigator is directly or indirectly set into characteristically differential movements i.e. vibrations as the acoustical accompanying phenomena occur (i.e. Korotkoff sounds) and the pressure valves are signalled to the investigator for systolic and diastolic measurements. Pref. the Korotkoff sounds are picked up directly or indirectly with a microphone (3) and amplified (9). The sensor (8) is an electromechanical transformer through which the Korotkoff sounds are fed over a vibrator (10) causing periodic vibrations corresponding to the systolic and diastolic pressure. The pump to inflate the pressure cuff can also serve as the sensor organ.
