The two output voltages (UA1, UA2) are derived from a single input voltage (2UE) which has a frequency (f) which lies within a wide frequency range. The input voltage (2UE) is applied to two circuits which are connected in parallel, each circuit consisting of two elements which are connected in series. The resistors are different in each circuit, but corresponding resistors in the two circuits have the same values. The phase shifted voltages (UA1, UA2) are collected from junction points (H, V) between the two elements in each circuit, and the second terminal for both voltages is the centre point (M) of the input voltage.
