Supports are formed in the fixed part, i.e. a pin and in the bone so that the part can be withdrawn from the bone by unscrewing or levering out etc. Pref. the fixed part can have an axial thread onto which a nut can be screwed, this in turn presses against a withdrawal sleeve thus drawing the fixed part out. A lever (9) shaped as a tuning fork can be fixed against a pin (8) in the fixed part and the part withdrawn by pressing against a support (10, 12) arranged next to the fixed part. The support which can be adjusted in length, consists of two parallel parts (10, 12) fixed together by pins. Support discs (13) can be provided to prevent stress peaks building up in the bone.
