Reinforced cantilevered staircase step interconnection - with bolts threaded both ends into supports and telescopic guide components

Threaded sockets accommodate one end f a threaded connecting bolt. The other threaded ends of these bolts pass through holes in the steps (11, 12), which are at least twice as wide as the bolts, and fitted with adjusting nuts. The bolts are partially or wholly surrounded by a support component (13), one end of which carries a threaded-holed covering plate for the bo the other end acts telescopically in conjunction with a guide component firmly attached to a step's reinforcing unit. This support component is pref. in the form of a rectangular tube, while the guide component is a piece of tube protrudim from the step. The reinforcement may be a tubular frame.
