Roller-shutter intruder resistant automatic locking mechanism - with clamping device on shaped bar pressed into recess on guideway unit

The locking mechanism is designed to come into operation automatically, on roller shutters and large rolling doors making it impossible to raise a roller shutter from outside. For this purpose a recess (122) is formed, in the top area, on at least one of the cross arms of the guideway shaped-section units (11) facing the drive shaft. A clamping device (20) fixed to the shaped-section bar (12a) mounted at the recess, can be pressed into the latter, checking the roller shutter (10) from moving, and it can be withdrawn again when the shutter is drawn upwards. The clamping device may comprise a hinged carrier (21) with fixing media (22) for its attachment to a shaped bar, with a hinge (23) at an interval from the bar's side (123) and a curved pendulum (24) attached to the hinge on one side.
