The feeding-troughs are held in a frame (9) which is fixed by U-shaped supports (11, 12) to the wall. Each feeding trough consists of a cylindrical ring (13) fixed to the bottom U-shaped support (11) and held in place by a semi-elliptical clamp (14). Underneath the bottom U-shaped support (12) is a circular bar (15) pivoted on a horizontal axis. Fixed to the bar (15) are slats (16) extending underneath each trough (17). A lever (18) is fixed to the bar (15) for moving the bar (15) on its lengthwise axis. A clamp (19) fixed to the first U-shaped support (11) extends beyond the cylindrical ring to the clamp (14) holding the feeding-trough. A vertical bar (21) is fixed between the points of the clamps (14, 19) furthest from the U-shaped supports (11, 12). Another bar (22) is fixed between the clamps (14, 19). Horizontal bars (23) run from one vertical bar (21) of one feeding-trough, to the adjacent vertical bar (22) of the next feeding-trough.
